This space has been created to gently support you between sessions. Here you’ll find fact sheets, worksheets and trusted websites related to perinatal and women’s mental health. You’re welcome to explore what feels helpful, in your own time and at your own pace. These resources are not a replacement for therapy, but they can offer extra understanding, language for your experiences, and small, practical ideas to try alongside our work together.

How to use these resources safely
These resources are designed to gently support, not replace, your therapy. Please move through them at your own pace and stop if anything feels too much.
